The key ingredient to glowing skin isn’t what you think, but it will make all the difference.
Cleansers, toners, creams and more. They all claim to have that special something to give you radiant skin. But they all seem to miss the most important of them all.
As more and more are starting to agree, what great skin really needs is organic. From what you eat to what you put on your skin, this is the most important.
Why Go Organic?
Nature loves balance. Our whole existence relies on it. So why should we be so special? Why do we think we can eat and use chemicals, toxins, and artificial ingredients while maintaining our health?
As more and more science proves, we can’t. This applies to our skin. And this is why we have skin problems. Everything around us is through our skin out of balance and the result is oily, dry, damaged skin.
Anything you use, as long as it’s organic will help maintain balance. That balance will take you a long way towards having great skin.
The Two Keys to Great Skin
As touched on earlier, skincare comes down to two things:
What You Eat
What you eat has a larger role than given credit. Diabetes, obesity, and even cancer can be blamed on diet. So can your skin problems. Many people have seen noticeable changes in their skin when they have cleaned up their diet.
If you can, go all organic. If you can’t, do as much as possible. And stick to a healthy balanced diet. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables will give you the nutrition your bodies needs to function properly.
Organic skincare products are just as important as what you eat. Grab a product from your bathroom and look at the label. How many words on there can you even pronounce?
These chemicals and toxins do nothing but make things worse. In fact, if you just stopped using skin products altogether you’d see an improvement. I had given up on trying to cure my acne and throw away every cleanser, toner, and cream I had. After two weeks my acne was 80% gone!
Products that are natural is where true beauty lies. They are packed full of vitamins and minerals that your skin loves. They may be harder to find and a bit more expensive, but they will give you the results you are looking for.
